We start with 100% Black Angus beef, pattied up by hand, seasoned just right and cooked to order on our steam heated flat top grill. Then, we serve it on a buttered and toasted sesame seed bun with hand cut tomatoes, onions, lettuce, dill pickle chips and a crisp kosher dill pickle spear. Served with your choice of our skin on fries, crisp tater tots, beer battered onion rings, coleslaw, fried okra or a fresh side salad.
